My Ramli Burger Dinner

Just now, when I was only my way home, I popped over to buy 2 Ramli burgers for my dinner. Though I am staying with my brother and sister-in-law, I don’t usually dine with them, because I do not like to, every time when I am going for gathering or feeling like dining out, inform them that I am not going home makan.
OK, back to my dinner. The stall I bought my burger is the one right at the corner, when we came out from the left hand exit of Tampines MRT station. You know, there are many stalls nowadays, will half-fry their patty first. So that later when customers order, it is a lots faster for them to prepare the burger. But in this way, I feel it is not as tasty as when they make it from raw patty. For this stall, the cook will fry the patty from raw, slice it into half, splash pepper and curry powder. Then fry the egg, put the patty on the egg. On top, there will be BBQ sauce, chili sauce and maiyonaise. After that, use the egg to wrap the patty. Da Da, the burger is ready, S$2.50!

I know it looks terrible in the photo. Too bad, I did not eat it right away but threw it inside my bag and brought it home. That’s why……
