Almost Everytime Advertlets Ads is the Culprit
I found my other blog with Advertlets ads loading very very slowly just now. It took more than usual time to load the page. And I thought the hosting server is not the problem because this blog, which is on the same server, can load properly.
So I went through the files, inside, taken out those ads codes one by one, to test. I did not start with Adsense because I am quite confident with it. Immediately after I took away Advertlets code, dah dah! It works! I tried to access Advertlets website, and it is not accessible now.
This is not the 1st time that Advertlets giving such headache already. Previous few time also the same. I really want to support this programe, but now I think I have to think again.

Hi, we’ve noted your comments, and we have responded on this before. As our network continues to grow, we will have to optimize and upgrade further. More than 5 major upgrades have been made in the past, and we are scheduling another upgrade in 3 days. Currently our 3 dedicated servers are almost running at full capacity, as we are facing particularly high server load today due to increased traffic. Things should improve shortly, and you should not be facing this problem in future.

I don’t think this has anything to do with upgrades … there is something technically wrong. How much does a server cost? Barely nothing- what’s $3K, right? It’s not increased traffic, this is always the excuse. Advertlets is perpetually slow.
