Nokia Service Centre Business So GOOD!

My N6300, which is less than 1 year old, got some problem with the red button. There is no response from a single-press on the red button on the right. It will not bring the screen back to the main interface. However, holding on to the red button still works, and it will stop any applications at the background, like radio, camera, and back to main interface.

I decided to bring it back to Nokia Service Centre for service, since it is still under warranty. Checked on Nokia Singapore website and found that the centre at Century Square opens at 11am, till 8pm.

Reaching there at about 1105am just now, and I was stunned. There was already a queue of no less than 20 persons from the counter! OMG! Yeah, I am not kiasu enough……

At the end, I got a ticket of number 17, at 1123am. And the queue number shown on the wall, which is the one that they are serving, is number 5. Estimated time is 70 minutes, written on the paper. I walked around, after 10 minutes I walked back. The number was 6. I knew that I gonna have to wait for more than 100 minutes…… And I gave up, will return next Monday.

PS: Jialat now, I could find my warranty card and any receipt, proof of purchase. So if I send it back for service, upon collection and I could present any of the papers, I will be charged! jialat liao lah……
