I know several guys who secretly tape it every time they get with a girl, to prove that it wasn’t rape. I also know that one of them does so because he was once falsely accused, by a girl he’d never had sex with at all…
Having them verbally agree to it on tape (with a date/timestamp) is the best method of prevention.
It’s a smart precaution, false accusations are extremely common. Signing a contract would also be a good idea, but without witnesses, it might not hold up in court.
They always give the woman the benefit of the doubt, which is obviously unfair.
People making false accusations just make life harder for those who have legitimately been sexually assulted and for the men who are falsely accused and labled as sex offenders for life..

There really needs to be more ways to protect men from false accusations, sex contracts may be a good idea in some cases.

i totally agree, this stigma of women being suppressed is QUICKLY fading. Womens rights is something we should respect (true), but since it is something that was pushes SO HARD in the past, we give the woman the benefit of the doubt ALWAYS, which sadly isn’t the case anymore since more and more females are aware of this, and they use it to their advantage to cheat the men. the legal system protects the female over the male in every case, which is bullshit.

while it probably isn’t practical to sign a contract, guys if you do sleep with another girl, best if you get video of you guys doing it. that way if she ever accuses you of rape, you can just show the video as evidence and they’ll see that no rape took place. easy…
