Yes yes yes, the East Jawa officers are so clever. To stop masseuses in local massage parlors from providing illegal prostitution services, the administration office of Batu, East Jawa has requested masseuses to have padlock on their pants. This is to show that they are clean, no special service.

Clever right? But it seems like they forgot something. In order to make it really clean, I think the masseuses need to have their fingers and mouth locked also. Right?

Having CCTV in the rooms will be something more efficient I think.
