Why Is Lee Hsien Loong on AdSense?

I am not sure how many of you have noticed. For the last 2 days, I kept seeing the following Adsense Ads from many blogs, forums.

Out of curiosity, I click on it (not from my own site of cause!). Then I was led to the following page.
