Foreigners to Pay Full Price for Fuel, Said PM

Yes, we all know that eventually it will be like that and most people will be happy with that, but thing is, when? And how it is going to be carried out? The 30-50km ban has raised some uneasiness among the petrol station owners and some even plan to close down their stations.

I still don’t understand if they are planning such move to make foreigner to pay full price for petrol, why make the half-baked move of 30-50km ban now in such a hurried way? Why the double works? Why don’t plan everything properly then execute once and for all?
