To “rebut allegations against the party on the Internet”, and to “attend to the complaints through the party’s call centre”, you only needs secondary school or Diploma students who are “hardworking enough”. You don’t need IT experts to answer the phone calls in your call centre, those are helpdesk or operator’s duty. To be more exact, your IT experts don’t solve the problems for you, your party.
