Goondoo Complains About Malaysia Police Force In STOMP?

STOMPer Vassili sent in these pictures of Malaysian policemen who inconsiderately parked their patrol car on a walkway and blocked the way of passers-by, even though there seemed to be no emergency.
In his email dated 24 July, Vassili says:
“I saw this Malaysian patrol car in Kuala Lumpur parked on a public walkway near a traffic junction.
“The cop inside the car was apparently waiting for his partner for a good 15 minutes at least.
“It didn’t seem as if there was any kind of emergency, but even if there was one, isn’t there a better place to park?
“The patrol car was really a nuisance as it blocked the people’s way.
“When the other officer returned to his car, they actually reversed against the flow of traffic to get back onto the road.
“How was that protecting the public?”
