In Chinese, there is a saying, “近朱者赤， 近墨者黑”. It means you becomes similar to who you get close to slowly, gradually. So, if you wanna slim down, you know what to do now?

i just know:
there are no ugly people, only lazy people.
you are what you eat.
bird of the same feather flock together - as to ur phrase, mingle with people slimmer than you and you’ll tend to be slimmer too. lol

Unless your flock have the same mutual goal –>that is to slim down, maybe that way you could slim down also:)
