PAP Will Hate This Report

Singapore PAP government just announced a series of scheme to encourage Singaporeans to have more kids. Lots of carrots to be frank. But, I think they never read this report from British Medical Journal. It is actually suggesting people to have SMALLER FAMILY, reduce human populations, to save the earn.
