Hans Locher is the owner of a restaurant in Storchen, Switzerland. Mr Locher stirred controversy in the country by posting a advertisement in newspaper looking for breast milk donor. The reward is 3 pounds for 14 ounces of milk.
The owner of the Storchen restaurant in the exclusive Winterthur resort will improve his menu with local specialities such as meat stew and various soups and sauces containing at least 75 per cent of mother’s milk.
“I don’t understand all the controversy. The mother’s milk is the most natural thing in the world – how can anyone be against it? It is, after all, the first thing we taste and I see no reason why I should not include it in my menu,” Mr Locher, who trained as a cook in several countries, said.
I wonder if food cooked with breast milk tastes good? But I guess, most men are more interested in the “container” of breast milk, than the milk itself……
