New Prime Numbers Found

Though I got a bachelor degree majoring in science stream, I seriously do not understand what’s the fun of finding this new prime number. I believe more than 99% of adults in the world either don’t know what a “prime number” means or have already forgotten after they left their schools. Anyway, congratulation to the team from UCLA for winning the $10K reward.
