Japanese Pervert Used Fishing Pole To Steal Women’s Underwear
Other than pervert, I don’t what other words (that I know) to describe this man, Akira Hino. He used a 3m long fishing pole to “hook” his neighbour’s underwears hung on laundry pole. Police found 500 pairs of women underwear in his house as well.
