Google Street View Car Was Spotted By STOMPer Earlier Than CNET

The following was posted on STOMP on 3rd Oct:
STOMPer Neo was walking to Junction 8 when she caught sight of this tripod and camera, placed on top of a car.
She says:
“I was at Bishan street 13 at about 1pm when I saw this cute sight.
“I thought it was really interesting that the filming equipment was placed on top of the car.
“But no one was around the car when I saw this, I wonder if the driver drives around like this or what will happen if someone stole the equipment.”
Then on 4th Oct, it came this article:

It is funny to read some of the comments left on STOMP, how ignorant……
