I don't think a "guy jogging on mrt track incident" is more "report-worthy" than a mrt suicide/accident incident. if that jogging incident could fetch so much attention, why not this one? Then there were some reports where this generosity was being abused by some families because they got a lot of media attention. hence, now, they don't report it to prevent such accusations/future incidents from happening. well, this is as far as i know. :) hey,
