Evidence Of China Province Officers Wasting Money
These few receipts were believed to be 1st posted on Tianya. The receipts are expenses of government officers from a town in Anhui (安徽蚌埠国土资源局, something like board or land resources in that town). It suddenly becomes very hot topic among the community. What’s more interesting is that there is an item in the receipts called “想念”. It is actually a brand of condoms. The receipts show that, the condoms were bought in the quantity of 21 boxes, and 6 boxes. What do they need so many condoms for? Make into balloon?
