Malaysia Opposition MP Elizabeth Wong’s Nude Photos Leaked To Press
Malaysia politics is so so so so so exciting after last year’s election. Just got this news from Malaysiakini that the nude photos of this female MP Elizabeth Wong (her homepage)have been passed to the press. A few local newspaper actually revealed them without identifying the name. Elizabeth Wong has lodged a police report last night. She said that the photos might be taken by her ex-boyfriend, when she was sleeping, without her consent. Elizabeth Wong is from PKR, Parti Keadilan Rakyat.

PETALING JAYA: Outspoken Bukit Lanjan assemblyman Elizabeth Wong lodged a police report at the Damansara police station here Sunday night over nude pictures of her that have been circulating online and via MMS.
Early unconfirmed reports say that the pictures were taken without her consent.
OCPD Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed a report was lodged and that police were investigating.
The pictures are believed to have been taken using a handphone, possibly before the general election last March.
On Mondat morning, Wong’s staff had locked the doors to her office at the state assembly building in Shah Alam.
Her special assistant Chua Yee Ling said the assemblyman was at a meeting and would be releasing an official statement on the issue on Monday afernoon.
Wong won the Bukit Lanjan seat with a majority of over 5,000, the second largest majority won by PKR state assembly candidates in Selangor.
She was later appointed a member of the Selangor state executive council, in charge of Tourism, Consumer Affairs and the Environment. She is also the information chief of the Women’s wing of PKR and of her division Petaling Jaya Utara.
As at press time, she had not commented on the issue on her blog.

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 16 – The salacious side of Malaysian politics has once again been exposed after the circulation of nude pictures said to be that of Selangor state executive councillor and PKR politician Elizabeth Wong.
The photographs are believed to have been taken by a former boyfriend without her consent.
PKR and Pakatan Rakyat (PR) politicians are now scrambling to limit the damage which will be caused by the circulation of the photographs.
The unmarried Wong, 37, is expected to be issuing a public statement on the matter today. She is also understood to have lodged a police report.
Copies of them photographs were sent to a number of newspapers last week, in what appears to be an orchestrated attempt to smear her image.
The circulation of the photographs comes as the PR alliance is coming under more pressure from the Barisan Nasional (BN).
After the toppling of the PR Perak state government recently, the Selangor state government is also said to be under the threat of defections.

As it is Elizabeth’s own home, there is nothing wrong to sleep naked. But who ever took the photos without her consent and published must be punished both in the Civil and Criminal Courts without doubt. Hope she has consulted her lawyers.
We come naked. So what’s the big deal ? Perhaps the Dr saw only teeths with lobang when he’s with his wife. Too bad the Dr can only watch and drool.

Elizabeth Wong should not resign. But since she is elected at the request of the Party, it is correct attitude of the PARTY as she will have to listen. Without doubt since the re-election will be held in April 2009,her Party under Anwar will come in again. BN has no chance whatsoever I bet you. She must and continue to be active in her PARTY, AND THE human rights aspects. She must also at the same assist to build up the Party.
Remember, the recent case of the MCA Minister of Health, Dr Chua in spite of the publicity, he was elected as the MCA Deputy President. If I were you, Elizabeth do not worry too much on this matter as people will forget soon.
Next time don’t say bad about people la..we need clean politicians not a stupid one ma..If Miss Wong is clean and good politician..ah.. why she allow her boyfriend live with her without proper marriage? This is Malaysia not Sydney ma..

Here’s an Adage which says in Cantonese, “SUN PUTT YEOW KAY” as interpreted in English, “You don’t own your body”. True enough, more often than not, our mind and body does not correlate or function the way we want.
We, our soul, are actually in a Vehicle, and that is why we are tempted and influenced by what’s around us all the time, though our mind says no yet we do it – maybe for the fun of it or because of curiosity or whatever.
Bearing in mind there are different kinds of remote controlled micro-size type electronic cameras and gadgets made for bugging or spying on someone that you can buy in the shops today to spy on somebody in secrecy.
They are usually imbedded in places that are least conspicuous and often hidden away from direct view of the “victim” or target.
However, it is hearsay that one could test to check out the place for spy cameras or gadgets used as “private eye” by simply using your handphone.
It seems before you enter into a public toilet or changing room, call a number with your handphone. When it is answered without any interference, then, switch it off and call the same number again when you are inside and if there are interferences, then, the place had been bugged and you could either leave or check it out.
Unfortunately, there are still many people out there caught in the act of undressing or nudity or doing whatever, let’s say, more often than not, unaware of the “traps”.
From what was reported about Elizabeth Wong, she was not even spared in her own home. This means no place is safe anymore and it puts everybody a suspect, including boyfriends or girl friends or anyone for that matter.
Exactly, there is a price to pay, if we are not careful.
Well, in reference to the Selangor Executive Councillor and Bukit Lanjan State Assemblywoman, Elizabeth Wong, sadly as a “prey” she had been photographed in her own home unaware of what went on by someone known or unknown to her.
This is an outrageous and cruel act and an intrusion of her private life and privacy, but what had taken place was something of her in the PAST.
This has nothing to do with the today’s Elizabeth Wong.
Obviously, the constituents had elected Elizabeth Wong and the Party she stood for during the March 8, General Election with their votes. This in itself is an endorsement for the today’s Elizabeth Wong and her Party and not the old her.
This is a calling to all Malaysians please look at the bright side and give her the supports she needs and the chance to perform her duties – but don’t make a mole hill into a mountain.
Therefore, who ever is responsible please stop distributing anymore semi nude photos or video -let her do what she is there for, for her constituency as the State Assemblywoman.
Henceforth, this is a reminder to everybody that we are being “watched” by Vultures out there waiting to make a strike the moment they see what they had been waiting for.
None the less, we are with you Elizabeth Wong. Do keep up the good work as State Assemblywoman and Selangor Executive Councillor.
