Just another Ma ma: In Islam it is the right of the girl to say yes or no. She cannot be forced to marry someone she doesn’t want. Unfortunately today that is not happening among all Muslims, some would coerce their daughters for marriage. What these people do has nothing got to do with Islam, more like the family’s culture and environment. It’s a complex issue to be able to discern these things, that’s why I ask you to research more than giving popular but untrue statements.

As a first time mom of a 7 month old daughter i am disgusted that this happened. Its not shocking as in todays day and age these things happen.

Candace, Islam doesn’t talk about rape because there is no concept of rape in Islam. So long as the girl is pubescent and is married to you, you have every right to have sex with her, even if she doesn’t consent it. That is called rape in civilised society. Apart from that, a man according to Islam, can have sex with a kafir (someone who is not a Muslim) girl, whether she likes it or not. It is allowed. But even Islam forbids having sex with prepubescent girls.

How about lets stop talking about what can be done to the these people and start putting guns to there heads and pulling the trigger. And start ridding the world of there filth.
