Probably the cause of heart attack was caused by a pre-existing heart condition, but was triggered by the extra heart activity from masturbation. Had he not masturbated, he would likely have gotten that heart attack at some later point, like when walking on the stairs etc. While it may seem to be embarrassing, remember that he’s not here to be embarrassed about it! Furthermore, any rational human being will realize that this man did nothing wrong or out of the ordinary, he was just unlucky that the heart attack came on during this deed. Or was he really unlucky? From the article, he had a content smile on his face. If you are going to die from a heart attack, I dont think this would be the worst way to go
