Seriously speaking, this is because of the geographical awareness of the ads. For instance, Google’s AdSense is able to detect where you are browsing the website from, and release relevant ad contents based on your location. That is why I am able to see Celcom’s ads while I surf Soccernet in Malaysia.
Try FaceBook as well, they have ads tailored to Singaporean audiences.
