Max Mobile Is The Best!
I signed up Starhub Max Mobile service July last year. It is a 2Mbps plan, monthly bill is around $19, contract 2 years. It is until today then I realize how good Starhub Max Mobile service is. See:

Good right? I got faster upload speed than download speed. Max Mobile is really the best! (tests were done between 9 to 10 o’clock at night)
