Obame Gives Queen Elizabeth An iPod…..
Out of so many stuffs on earth, Barack Obama chooses iPod as the present for Queen Elizabeth when they meet in Buckingham palace.
When President Obama met the Queen at Buckingham Palace he put a modern twist on the traditional exchange of gifts by presenting her with an iPod.
The Queen was delighted as the iPod was loaded with images of her trip to Virginia as part of her official tour of the United States two years ago, in 2007.
Buckingham Palace and the President’s entourage diplomatically declined to say whether George Bush, the previous president, was included in the footage.
The Queen, who was dressed in salmon pink, opted for a more conventional gift in return. The President and First Lady were given a silver photo frame with a picture of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh.
Mr Obama was meeting the Queen ahead of a Palace reception for G20 leaders and other international bodies. They met in a room within the Queen’s private apartments without any advisers. The Queen, 82, and president, 47, were joined by the Duke of Edinburgh, 87, and Michelle Obama, 45, who had changed into a plain black dress.
Maybe Obama doesn’t know that the Queen already has 2……
