I myself almost got them mixed up.
Miss Russia 2009 is Sophia Rudyeva. She was crowned Miss Russia 2009 early this year. Soon after that, she was discovered to have taken nude photos.

Miss Moscow 2009 is totally different from Miss Russia. The winner is Yuliya Obraztsova. She was actually just crowned few days ago.
This is Yuliya Obraztsova.
I find Sophia much more attractive than Yuliya……
