The Naked Girls On Balcony
This happened in China. A blogger posted an article (阳台上的裸身女孩) a few photos in his blog, showing 2 young little girls, naked, playing in the balcony which is full of rubbish. The 2 girls turned out to be daughters of a couple. The father suffers from polio while the mother is also ill, can only rest on bed. They survive by scavenging. Their home is full of the stuffs that they have collected. The article immediately attracted attention from lots of parties. The local government has looked into their situation.
