Arrest and prosecution is the must for this indecent act. Why this is happening in Singapore is in question. We must put an end to this or this will spoil the image of Singaporeans. We are unnecessarily taking the blame for someone else, especially some of the expatriates are making a lot of mess in Singaore and finally the blame goes to the locals. All should be punished as per the law in including the victim.

These people should be locked up even though the victim seems to be… happy? 1] is it being staged ? Is Sing-post behind all this again to create publicity after the mail box grafiti ?
