Man Charged For Incest With 87-Year-Old Woman

Garrett Andrew Douglas was being held in Indian River County Jail on $15,000 bond. He is also charged with sexual battery on a mentally disabled person.
Jail records do not list an attorney.
According to an arrest affidavit, Douglas told authorities that he had repeatedly had sex with the woman, who reportedly suffers from dementia. He was caught naked with the relative in late December.
