Is Stomp Starblog outdated by 2 months or what?

I think many still remember that end of January, in one of the Taiwan variety show Kang Xi Lai Le (康熙来了), a few Taiwanese TV personalities were discussing and, poking fun at Singaporeans English. If I remember correctly, that was 28th January episode.

Then after that, it angered many Singaporeans as usual and many came out to defend. Most Taiwanese spoke much worse English, I have to agree on this. Later on 8th Feb, one of the TV personalities involved offered his apology on Internet. And I thought the case closed. It was exactly 2 months back from today.

Today, the Stomp Starblog came out with one topic, “Taiwanese TV personalities have criticised Singaporeans for speaking poor English. Write a letter to them in response to their comments”, for the “Star Bloggers” there to write about. I am amazed, by how outdated the team of Stomp Starblog can be. That was 2 months back and you hardly hear anyone talk about it now. I think most had already forgotten this case. Now only they “write a letter in response to their comments”? Come one, are they in the media/press industry? Isn’t the “Maia Lee pregnant but not together with baby’s father Zidov Dominik” news much fresher? Isn’t the “Run-away-not-caught-yet-and-should-still-be-in-Singapore Mas Selamat Kastari” news much fresher?

Come one, Stomp, this is not the way to “cook”, to “heat up” old news. You can do better.

Sufiah Yusof’s involvement in prostitution as a result of Malaysia NEP

This is a comment I saw, left on a blog which followed up this Sufiah Yusof saga very closely. It is written:

Come on, is this guy dumbass or what? Everything and anything, they can get politics involved and start criticizing. Bullshiting at the best but he got the wrong place.

In the 1st place, did Sufiah ever think that she is Malaysian? 10, 11 years back, when she 1st entered Oxford at 12 (or 13?) She was the babe of media the press, and the Malaysians. She was the genius, she was the talented one. I wonder who were worshiping her achievement, her talents then. Weren’t they Malaysians? And now, “sufiah is a dumbass whore”, “DO NOT COME BACK TO MALAYSIA. we have enough prostitutes.”, very good huh? When your glory is gone, then you know who trully appreciate and love you. But I do believe that, Malaysia got enough prostitutes.

To do what the title stated, the soldiers need to smuggle a girl into the camp, then bring alcohol into the camp, then have party in camp, and then, gangbang. Gangbang came without effords if the 1st 3 steps can be achieved. There must be some very big lapse in the security system of that camp.

How to know if you are a freaking popular celebrity?

How to? When the 23 sesames you left over in a fastfood restaurant were auctioned for 40 thousands NT, Taiwan dollars, which is roughly 2000 SGD.

Recently, a Yahoo Taiwan user posted an auction in Yahoo Auction Taiwan, claiming that he/she saw Jolin Tsai eating in a particular fastfood chain, in Taiwan. After she finished and left, he/she went over to the seat and collected the sesames left over.


Description (I am not going to translate here, let me know if you need translation):

3月14日看到當紅的Jolin在肯德基吃早餐，

居然只有她一個…..

我剛好坐在她斜後方，本人蠻美的 沒打扮還算有型~
