This is an interesting article from Japan Mainichi Daily News. I always thought that English is the dominant language on Internet and there should be more blogs in English than any other languages. But based on the report, I am wrong. There are more Japanese blogs than any other languages!
The number of Internet blogs in Japan stood at about 16.9 million as of January 2008, with about 20 percent of Japan’s 88.11 million Internet users involved in blogging, a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has found.
The report also introduced the results of a survey by an American company that included deleted blogs. The number of blogs across the world totaled about 70 million, it was found. By language, Japanese topped the list, accounting for about 37 percent of all blogs. Second was English, at around 36 percent, while Chinese stood in third place at roughly 8 percent. The figures highlight the popularity of blogs in Japan.
Japan emerges as top Internet blogging country
Too bad I don’t understand Japanese. I guess there will be lots of interesting Japanese blogs there for us to enjoy.

Watermelon ‘has similar effects to Viagra’
I feel that this guy, Terry Wright, is kind of poor thing. His body is undergoing a mysterious sex change slowly. It is so mysterious that even doctors are not able to identify what goes wrong. It is a blessing for someone who is intended to go for sex change operation. But not for Terry. He is 100% man and he wants to be a man! Let’s pray that the doctors can find a solution for Terry.
Help! I’m turning into a woman
I don’t know much about America’s 1st President, George Washington. The only thing I know about him is that he chopped down a cherry tree, and later on he admitted his wrongdoing, with the axe still in his hands maybe….

Read this from NST: Raja Petra’s Malaysia Today website hacked and altered.
I tried accessing www.malaysia-today.net, nothing, it came out error. I saw someone posted a few other links like adding “/blog”, or “/2008″ at the back of the url. I tried but still failed.
Who knows what the new url is? Or the guys there are busy fixing the problem?
Miss Hong Kong final is 2 weeks away. 高海宁, Samantha, is one of the hottest contestant because of her pretty face, height, and great figure (34D). However, it is reported by a Hong Kong magazine that Samantha has ever taken semi nude photos before for a certain ad campaign. Worse thing is, Samantha ever told reporter before that, she is a very conservative girl and she never took any job that required her to dress in swimsuits or undies when she worked as a model.

I don’t like to post this kind of article because I believe this kind of issue should be dealt with personally, privately. However, it is just too bad that there is no reply till today to my latest request made middle of last week. So here comes this post.
I have made my 1st cashed out from Advertlets on 3rd March. Understand Advertlets’s TOC that cash-out waiting time is about 30 to 45 days, counting from end of the month that we cashed out, I waited patiently.
Taken from Advertlets website:
Please note that payments are processed 30-45 days from the end of the month which you cashed out.
Until 29th May, which was close to 2 months to end of March, the status was still “Processing”. I sended my 1st email to Josh Lim checking if there is any problem over there. No reply from him, but few days or 1 week later, the status changed to “sent”. Wow, the cheque was sent! I was happy so I waited again.
1st week of June, until today, 2nd July, the status is still “sent” and I see no sight of letter from Advertlets. Where is the cheque, the letter now? In Malaysia? Singapore? Stuck at the border? Or it was never sent out at all? I know Pos Malaysia is terrible, but I doubt it would take them close to a month to deliver a letter from Malaysia to Singapore. I made another request middle of last week, this time using Advertlets Contact page. Till today, no reply.

Advertlets, Josh, so when can I receive my cheque? And when I can receive the cheque for my cash-out made on 30th May?
I found that people nowadays really funny. They ASSUME people to offer them seat on train, bus, instead of OPENING their mouth to ASK. Their mouth full of gold is it? If you are really in need, please ask for help. Don’t take it for granted.
By the way sunshine, if the lady in the photo that you took, or anyone else, offered her seat to you, would you send into STOMP and praise this “kind heart soul”?
STOMPer Sunshine said this woman in the train ignored her even though she was carrying her child, despite a sign above her seat encouragaing commuters to give up their seats to those who need them more.
According to the STOMPer, when she boarded the train from City Hall MRT station, the woman was already seated in the carriage.
She said: “I stood right in front of her. She looked at me and then she turned away.”
The STOMPer said the train was crowded and the woman ignored her from City Hall all the way to her alighting point in Bedok.
The STOMPer said:
“Can’t you see the sign? Or at least have a bit of humanity – if you see someone struggling while carrying a child in the MRT – just give up your seat.
“Ugly Singaporeans seen once again in the MRT – plainly ignoring a parent struggling to carry her child and purposely ignoring the sign under where she was sitting.”
