A SOUTH African girls’ boarding school outside Durban has closed down a dormitory after accusing 27 residents of being lesbians.

Two girls were caught kissing in the dormitory, which houses 300 students, The Mercury newspaper reported today.

When confronted by school officials, they identified 25 other lesbians in the dorm.

“Twenty-seven learners were involved in this kind of relationship and the school took a decision to close down the hostel,” provincial education department spokesman Mfundi Sibiya told the national broadcaster SABC.

The department has appointed a panel to investigate the issue, but the education department said schools did not have the right to remove students because of their sexual orientation.

A 72-year-old grandmother is alleged to have been raped by the live-in boyfriend she separated from six months ago.

The woman was even dragged on the staircase from a unit on the ninth floor to the first floor atrium of an apartment in Taiwan.

She suffered injuries over their bodies and face.

According to Apple Daily, the septuagenarian and the 45-year-old odd-job worker fell in love after meeting each other at a friend’s gambling party four years ago.

Two years later, he moved into her apartment but the relationship did not last long.

About six months ago, the woman wanted a separation after numerous heated arguments with the lover as he suspected that she was seeing another man.

After they separated, the man had in many occasions pleaded for her forgiveness but never succeeded.

The woman, who could not stand his constant “harassment” moved to her daughter’s home.

On Wednesday evening, he stormed into the daughter’s apartment unit but was chased away by the ex-girlfriend, reported TVBS, a Taiwan television station.

The furious man then forced her onto the floor and raped her.

After that, he dragged her down the stairs to the atrium by grabbing her shirt collar.

Neighbours who heard her shouts for help, called the police.

The man was arrested and remained in police custody after he failed to pay the NT$30,000 (RM3,181) bail.

A Winnipeg mom is looking to move gallons of surplus mother’s milk via the online marketplace.

With a freezer full of breast milk she’s been stocking away since her four-month-old son’s birth, Sara Wiens is now looking to offload it after she found out her son Simon cannot drink it.

He has an allergy to cow’s milk protein and is unable to drink his mother’s breast milk produced during the period when she still was consuming cow’s milk. The toddler can now consume his mother’s milk again as she has cut dairy products from her diet.

“I know lots of people who would have loved to have breast milk for their children — women who aren’t producing enough or aren’t producing at all,” said the mother of two. “If someone can use it, that would be great.”

Wiens has put the milk up for sale on Kijiji — a classifieds website — and is fielding offers. She said there is no set price for the milk but hopes to cover the rental of the breast pump and other costs incurred, likely somewhere between $200 and $500.

“Compared to formula, it’s a lot cheaper and a lot better,” Wiens said.

Breast milk banks exist in Canada, but there is no such facility in Winnipeg to which a mother could donate milk. Wiens said she’d have to cover costs to donate the milk to a bank in Vancouver.

“People have also suggested I send it to Haiti but I don’t know for sure that it would clear customs and it would cost thousands of dollars to ship it,” she said.

Wiens said she is uncertain of exactly how much milk she has available but said there are at least several gallons stored in her freezer. She estimates the milk represents at least a three-month supply, depending on the size and age of a baby.

As of Monday, Wiens said she had received five inquiries about her breast milk. She remains confident she’ll find a buyer.

“I just hope someone buys it before it reaches the end of its freezer life,” she said.

The bagged milk is all separately dated and Wiens said the first of it may have to be discarded by early spring.

Wiens said the milk is not pasteurized nor tested for disease or bacteria, so she understands people’s apprehension. “There has to be that trust there that I’m not sick,” Wiens said.

Wiens said she has heard of people selling breast milk for as much as $8 per ounce — far less than she’s hoping for. “I could retire if I sold it for that much because I have gallons in the freezer,” Wiens said.

The public is being asked to make a slightly unusual contribution to a tourist park’s new attraction – smelly urine.

Thorpe Park in Surrey, which is asking visitors help them come up with a signature smell for their forthcoming ride, is offering out £500 to the visitor with the most pungent urine.

The tourist park is eager to introduce a “signature stench” to its horror maze SAW Alive which opens next month.

Thorpe Park has also given out advice to visitors on how to make their excretions more smelly saying that those who consume alcohol, coffee, garlic or asparagus are most likely to have stronger smelling urine.

The smell will then be used alongside other stenches in the maze.

The job of selecting the smelliest sample falls to Thorpe Park’s entertainment manager Laura Sinclair.

She said: “We want SAW Alive to be as authentic and terrifying as possible to make visitors feel as if they are living in a real-life horror film.

“To do this we need to really push the boundaries of what our guests experience from a sensory point of view.”

The rights to one of the most notorious adult sites on the internet are up for sale just four years after they changed hands for a record $14m (£9m), with auctioneers hoping that sex can sell all over again.

Sex.com, the most expensive domain name on the internet and the subject of two books, is set to go under the hammer after its owner Escom was unable to pay its debts. The domain name of the site, which has been described as the “jewel in the internet’s crown”, is to go under the hammer on 18 March.

Details of the process were posted on the website of auctioneer David R Maltz & Co about a week ago, which has since received a slew of enquiries. The event will be held at law firm Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf in New York. The domain name will not come cheap. Interested parties will have to bring a certified cheque for $1m just to be allowed to participate. However, a source close to the sale said the site was “unlikely to bring in what it did in 2006, although it really depends on how much someone wants it”.

The forced sale came after Escom defaulted on its debts to Dom Partners, according to the notice of foreclosure sale posted by Dom’s lawyers. It marks the latest in a series of twists in the site’s extraordinary 16-year history. The tale spawned Sex.com: One Domain, Two Men, Twelve Years and the Brutal Battle for the Jewel in the Internet’s Crown by journalist Kieren McCarthy in 2007, and The Sex.com Chronicles: A White-Hat Lawyer’s Journey to the Dark Side of the Internet by Charles Carreon the following year.

Daniele Eberhardt, 33, scaled a ten-foot fence, dodged surveillance cameras and used a skeleton key made from a spoon to break into the low-security jail in the British Army garrison town of Bielefeld, Germany.

For nearly a month the other female jailbirds were driven to distraction by the passionate moans coming from cell 13 in Detention House C7 of the jail for petty thieves, drug criminals and benefit fraudsters.

It got so bad that the convicts broke the unwritten law of the underworld and told guards about the couple’s illicit trysts.

Friedhel Sanker, deputy governor of the prison, said: ‘Some of the other women felt that their sleep was being disturbed, while others feared that the man might try to come and visit them, too.

‘They were going at it quite energetically, apparently.”

‘It was like listening to a bad porno movie,’ one female inmate told a German newspaper.

‘Lots of grunting and groaning, whispering sweet nothings. It was very hard on us who didn’t have anyone to cuddle up with.

‘You have to hand it to him – it took some nerve to break into a place most people want to get out of!’
