2 Hong Kong Artists Arrested In Japan Over Alleged Possession Of Marijuana
Hong Kong artists Kelvin Kwan (關楚耀) and Jill Vidal (衛詩) were arrested in Tokyo, over alleged possesion of marijuana. Kelcin Kwan is a Canadian citizen while Jill Vidal is holding UK passport. It is reported that they were shopping around Shibuya area and had argument with one of the shop owners. Police was called later. [...]
