Was flipping through WanBao, the following news caught my attention:

Basically, it is about a 73 years old lady’s unhappy experience with a certain company. On 30th May, she was brought by 4 of her friends to a company located at Bencoolen Street, in the name of attending a siminar (what kind of seminar? health? making money? family?) She only knew that the seminar is about the body shaping undergarments when she was there. The presenter said that the undergarment is product of Japan (”product of Japan” and “made in Japan” are different…). Other than shaping human’s body, adjusting body postures, it also emits negative ions and helps our blood circulations, and good for slimming. The 4 “friends” encouraged her to try the undergarments on the spot. She felt that it was tight. But due to the 4 friends’ strong “encouragement”, she signed an contract and bought 2 sets of the undergarments at S$4488. She did not have enough cash with have. The friends even drove her back home to take her cheque book. Good friends right?
Back home, she put on 1 of the 2 sets once, and felt that it was too tight. The family members felt the sets were too expensive. 1 of them read through the contract, and found that there is a 30 days money back guarantee, as long as the goods are in original package. So they returned to the company on 23rd June and requested money back for 1 of the sets. They encountered difficulties and it dragged for close to 2 hours. There was fierce arguments. Then they called in police. Finally, they got their money, S$2255, back (I assume S$33 is for admin charge kind of stuff?). When the reporter was there and show the staffs his identity, they staffs there were very unfriendly.

This agency helps you to say “Honey, let’s break up.”

They surely makes separation looks easy, and direct, some, cheap. Just pay the fee of 20 or 50 Euro, they will do the job for you. I wish I will never need their service.
Quoted:
“We have had dating agencies for 30 years. If you want to have a new partnership then you have to quit your previous one.
“I think it’s the same market - just in reverse,” Mr Dressler told the BBC.
This sounds cruel, but I do feel that, they are doing a good deed because they are not encouraging 2-timing. That’s the most evil behavour in any relationship.
