Sakyamuni Was Korean?

It was said that there was a report from Korea Daily, saying that researchers ans historians from Sungkyunkwan Univeristy, after much researches, have come to conclusion that Sakyamuni was actually from Korean race.

The historians claimed that, during B.C. 700, Koreans living at the southern part of Korea peninsular started ventured across the ocean. Some of them reached Japan and became forming part of current Japan cultures. At around B.C. 650, Koreans reached Straits of Malacca. Then these Koreans passed through Straits of Malacca and reached the area of current Bangladesh.

Sakyamuni was from a royal family in northern India, did not belong to Aryan. Based on the researches into Sakyamuni’s daily habits, activities, they found that it was very “east-asian” style. Also, they found that many of the words from Buddhist scriptures look like a “transfrom” of Korean words.

A reporter from Korea Daily is doing follow-up with this report. A book on this topic is expected to be released end of this year.

I could not find any reliable source for this report. However, if you do a search on “成均馆大学”, “釋迦牟尼” in Google, you will see the many Chinese are talking about this.

China Banned Sharon Stone’s Movies, So What?

Did Sharon Stone have any new movie recently? Any blockbuster that she had taken part in? I feel that Sharon Stone has relied on her old old old fame from Basic Instinct for a long long long. Yeah, the one she showed her legs, sexy sexy. And after that, I could not recall any movie from her that made a impact.

It is very insensitive for her to say the “Karma” stuff on China Earthquake. As expected, the remarks angered almost the whole Chinese community. And China decides to ban her movies in China. Christian Dior was trying to clean the mess for her in China. Then she issued an official statement to apologize for her remarks.

But hey, could all this had been planned? You see, suddenly, Sharon Stone becomes to hot topic, almost all over the world. Suddenly, everybody recalled who Sharon Stone is again. Suddenly, Sharon is the hot stuff again. I can’t help wondering.

This is what Sharon Stone had said:

“I’m not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else,” Stone said. “And then this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma? When you’re not nice that the bad things happen to you?”

McDonald in Sichuan, Nanchong Damaged for Not Making Donations to Earthquake Victims

People in Nanchong (南充), in Sichuan China, gathered outside a local McDonald outlet. McDonald was accused of not making donations to Sichuan earthquake victims. They called the international fastfood chain “stingy”. Local police and undercovers were called and quick to response to dismiss the public.
