Prince William Tops Forbes’ 20 Hottest Young Royals
Jun 1, 2008 Around the Word, Celebrities
Forbes recently had compiled a list of Hottest Young Royals over the world. Prince William, the son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, is on top of the list.
Quoted from Forbes:
To compile the ranking, Forbes counted international Web and media presence as well as family wealth. Only unmarried royals under the age of 35 were considered.
The 20 royals on Forbes’ Hottest Young Royals list represent nearly $60 billion in wealth and 15 royal lineages. While a few own or operate their own businesses, the majority are students or involved in serving their countries through, for example, diplomacy, athletic competition or military service–proving there’s more to hotness than wealth, power and good looks, though none of those things hurt.
Forbes’ 20 Hottest Young Royals goes like this:
Prince William
Prince Harry
Zara Phillips
Princess Beatrice
Charlotte Casiraghi
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum
Princess Victoria
Prince Azim
Prince Carl Philip
Andrea Casiraghi
Prince Albert
Princess Madeline
Princess Theodora

Princess Tsuguko
Princess Sirivannavari
Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum

Americans Want Edison Chen
Feb 22, 2008 Celebrities, Gossips, Scandals, Stupid Stuffs
From PerezHilton.com, but obviously, guys over there are just making fun. However, it is really fun to read the 400 plus comments there. I find the comments got more juices than the article itself. And thanks this article, now I know the scandals made it to Forbes also!
Taken from PerezHilton.com:
In America, Sex Tapes HELP Your Career!
A sex tape scandal involving Hong Kong pop star Edison Chen is being called the equivalent of the 9/11 disaster for the Hong Kong entertainment industry.
Really?????
Apparently, Mr. Chen loved to film and photograph his sexual exploits with a number of Hong Kong’s leading ladies and stored the juicy footage on his computer. He took said computer in for repairs and, gasp, someone stole the explicit materials off the machine.
Idiot!
Not good for the Hong Kong entertainment industry as it’s ‘virginal’ starlets make them bank. And now Chen has dirtied up some of the prettys.
It’s also reported that the mob in Hong Kong is heavily invested in the HK entertainment industry and are upset about the effect this is having on business. They are offering $500K to anyone who hacks off Chen’s hands.
Yikes.
Stay here, Edison. It’ll make you a big star in Hollywood!

World’s Top 10 On-Time Departure Airport, is Changi Airport one of them?
Jan 18, 2008 Around the Word, Singapore
Got this piece of news from Forbes, Japan got 6 airports in the top 10. I am more interested to know, is Changi Airport in the list?
Travel to Asia to beat flight delays - report
01.16.08, 6:11 PM ETNEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Travelers wanting to avoid flight delays should head to Japan and South Korea and avoid Brazil, according to Forbes.com, which rated Asian airports as the best in the world for on-time departures.
Six of Japan’s airports figured in the US website’s top 10 for on-time departures, with Osaka Itami International airport emerging as the world’s most efficient airport with 97 percent of flights leaving on time in 2007.
Tokyo’s Haneda airport, which handled 66 million passengers last year, came second with only 7 percent of flights taking off late.
Osaka Itami also fared well for arrivals, with just 8 percent of its flights landing late in 2007. But top of the list for arrivals was Seoul’s Gimpo International, where 95 percent of planes touched down on schedule.
But not all Asian airports were so efficient. At Beijing’s Capital International Airport, expanding ahead of the Olympic Games later this year, just 33 percent of flights took off on time in 2007.
By comparison, Brasilia International emerged as the world’s worst airport terminal for on-time departures, with less than 27 percent of flights taking off within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure time.
Other poor choices for punctual travelers were Cairo International, with 47 percent of flights leaving on time and Paris Charles de Gaulle - the worst placed European airport with only 50 percent of planes taking off on time.
Most US and European airports had mediocre punctuality records, Forbes.com said, singling out New York’s LaGuardia as the worst US airport for arrivals, with just 58 percent of flights arriving on schedule.
The figures came from data collated by FlightStats, a service that tracks historical and real-time flight information, Forbes.com said.
