Finnaly after 6 days of missing, Noriko Sakai turned herself in to Japan police. Wish her luck.

Hong Kong artists Kelvin Kwan (關楚耀) and Jill Vidal (衛詩) were arrested in Tokyo, over alleged possesion of marijuana. Kelcin Kwan is a Canadian citizen while Jill Vidal is holding UK passport.
